The instruction applies to the PRO version, but it's the same for other versions as well. First, download all the items shown in the picture below.
Select ALL .rar files that pertain to the same set and click on "Extract Files." Then, click "OK." This will create a new folder in the current location and extract all the files into it. IMPORTANT: Do not extract the files individually; do it as a whole. The files have been intentionally divided into parts for downloading from Blendermarket. Extracting them separately may result in the assets not working correctly!
You can do this using 7-Zip, WinRAR, or just Windows.
